Brasilla is a classic cachaca imported from Parana in southern Brasil. Made simply from fermented sugar cane it is a clear spirit with 40% alcohol content. It is sold under the name "Jamel" it is the third best selling cachaca in Brasil, averaging between two and four million litres every month.

Brasilla is highly versatile and very easy to use. It can be enjoyed in cocktails such as the Caipirinha (50ml muddled with a quartered whole lime and two teaspoons of sugar nover lots of ice) or the Brazilian Mule (stirred with ginger beer and a squeeze of lime), or else it can be simply mixed with coke or just drunk straight as a shooter.
